As a fast-evolving neighbourhood, The Queensway has seen a ton of condo development in recent years. While some have already welcomed buyers home, others are currently in the works.
The Queensway is already an exciting place to call home and it’s only going to get better in the coming years. As an area on the up and up, it won’t be long until The Queensway is one of Toronto’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. With that in mind, now is your chance to buy a condo here before prices go up.
Here are my top picks for pre-construction condos in Etobicoke’s The Queensway.

Top Pre-Construction Condos on The Queensway
As an area that’s been building up in recent years, most for-sale condos in (or along) The Queensway are either brand new or still in development. I’ve chosen eight of my favourite pre-construction condos below.
Verge Condos
Currently under construction, Verge is set to be one of the largest new condo properties in The Queensway with more than 340 units across 17 storeys. Built with lifestyle in mind, the property offers an array of community-oriented amenities such as a party room, cocktail lounge, soundproof coworking spaces, fitness & yoga studios, an outdoor terrace and more. Since its announcement, Verge has proven to be one of the most popular developments in The Queensway, with the West Tower already selling out.
BLVD. Q
Like other condos on this list, BLVD. Q features a great selection of on-site amenities such as indoor communal spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and two entertainment lounges. Although floor plans range in size and room selection, each suite embraces an open-concept design, welcoming plenty of natural light to create a comfortable and warm atmosphere.
Kazmir Condos
Built by Lormel Homes, Kazmir Condos is a thoughtfully designed property with an emphasis on quality of life. Move-in ready in 2025, it’s an ideal property for buyers who are looking to stop renting in the next 18 months. In touch with in-demand features and amenities, Kazmir presents a sensible opportunity for both buyers and investors.
722 Queensway
While still early in development, 722 Queensway will certainly become one of the area’s most sought-after buildings. Built with comfortable living in mind, this 8-storey development features just 26 suites – 12 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments. Embracing eco-conscious values, onsite amenities include electric vehicle charging, secure bicycle parking, and a large rooftop terrace.

KüL
Located towards The Queensway’s western edge, KüL is a unique mid-rise condo that is set to be completed in about two years (2026). With just 186 suites, KüL won’t be the largest condo in the neighbourhood, however, that doesn’t mean the lifestyle won’t be just as great.
Curio
Taking a uniqly lighthearted approach to design, Curio is a thoughtfully built 10-storey condo focused on lifestyle and community. Located between Islington and Royal York, it’s steps from the best of The Queensway. With floorplans ranging from compact studios to spacious 3-bedroom suites, there’s something for everyone.
Reina
One of the most unique condos on the market, Reina is the first all-female development in Canada. A condo development inspired, designed and executed by women, Reina not only looks amazing but is designed to foster community-oriented living making the building feel like its own neighbourhood.
859 West
Welcoming buyers home in 2024, 859 West is one the newest condos in The Queensway. Like the other condos included on this list, 859 West offers an array of lifestyle-boosting amenities, however, the project’s best feature is arguably its design. Inspired by forward-thinking architecture, the condos at 859 West embrace the best of modern design trends. Stand-out features include incredible 9ft ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows to let natural light in.
Is Pre-Construction Right For You?
Just like resale condos, going the pre-construction route has its pros and cons. So if you’re thinking about buying a condo that’s still in development, you’ll want to consider some of the drawbacks that may come with it.
For instance, some condos can face construction delays due to factors like poor weather, labour and supply shortages, or even financing issues. If one or more of these challenges come up, it can extend the condo’s completion date, meaning it may be longer than you thought before you can move in.
