Today, there are more than 20 different condo developments along Humber Bay, and the total number of condo units in the community is in the thousands. As a result, there could be more than 100 (or even 200) condos for sale in Humber Bay Shores at a given time.

The reality is that condo buyers have a lot to choose from – and most are spending a lot of time online searching through listings and exploring their options. So, having video as part of your marketing toolkit can help your listing stand out from the others from the jump.

In today’s day and age, attention spans are at an all-time low – especially on social media. With video, I can showcase a unit, the condo building, and its amenities, plus talk about the neighbourhood all in 60 seconds or less. That’s not easy to do with a few paragraphs of text and a handful of photos.

When it comes to selling a condo in Humber Bay Shores, you’re not just selling a unit – you’re selling a lifestyle. Amenities are a great example of this.
